  • The charging pod is pretty shallow and as a result the phone can easily fall out. Also the charging strips on the dock are very small and therefore you have to make sure that the phone is actually touching the charging strips. Each strip is maybe an 1/8 of an inch. The design is pretty but not very functional.
  • Dock does not hold phone! Tried patiently to stand phone in dock - impossible, returned for refund. Seidio has dock for bold 9900 that has good reviews will try that instead
