  • I ordered this so I could do FaceTime hands-free. I think it's great that it comes with a USB cable, but sliding the little holder off to put the cable in and then getting it back in place is a challenge. Other than that, it works just fine, my iPod Touch plugs in neatly, and I'm very happy with it.
  • I purchased this charger, which does not come with the AC adapter for the USB cable, and an OtterBox case at the same time. With the OtterBox case on the phone the phone will not seat down far enough on this charger to engage. I had to file of the restricting tabs in order to get the cable to protrude up higher and actually charge the phone. It appears a engineering change to the device is needed in order to be compatible when you have your iPhone in a protective case.
