- So, I really like the ingenuity and thought behind making this product. I have an Ipad2 and was considering whether to go to the Ipad 3 or do the lapdock since I have a razr. There's a fairly think ribbon cable that comes from the back of the unit. Seating the RAZR was really difficult. The cable is either too long or too short and bunches up. I worry that over time because its a fairly thick cable, something will get damaged. Once you cob this together, the bootup is a couple of minutes--but other reviewers have said it well--its slow, clunky, the display is not high tech, and the touch pad kills it.
