- This product performs as advertised. I use it in my office so I can have my phone display clock while it is charging. Having it on the stand also helps to prevent my forgetting the phone when I leave because it is no longer buried by papers while it laying randomly on my desk. One word of caution - I bought a longer cord to go with it because of my wiring configuration, but the longer cord I got would not work - only a cord with a low profile USB connector will work with the stand becasue of the way it has to fit into the connector housing. (The USB cord that comes with it and also the original Apple cord work fine - you do need your own AC connector if you intend to plug it into an outlet instead…
- I have an otter box for my iPhone 4s and it fits but it's work to get it on and off. It's a cute stand and would work much better if I didn't have this case on it. The price could be cheaper as well.
