Battery Desktop Charger for Motorola Droid 3 XT862
- Ordered it, received it, tried it, and it only charges the batteries bf5x and bf6x to 50%. Shame, could have been useful.

This charger is supposed to charge your Droid battery by either inserting the battery in the cradle or by using your USB cable connected to your phone. The label on the charger states that the cradle will charge at 4.2Vdc and 300ma. The USB output is rated at 5.2Vdc and 500ma. Given these stated specifications either charging method should be sufficient to charge the 3.7Vdc DROID battery. Given these ratings the desktop charger should fully charge a 1500maH battery in the cradle within 5 hours.
