  • Bought this for my Epic 4g touch & my wife's iphone 4S in October 27th, 2011. When it arrived, I tested it and it worked with both of Epic 4g touch & iphone 4S. However, when I was trying to use it again last week, it did not even recognize either iphone 4s or epic 4g touch plug into it. By the way, we've never used this since I tested it on the first day it arrived. Useless item... especially when we were travelling in Asia and really needed our phones to be charged.
  • I tried out the capacity of this back up battery by slow charging my 4,000mAh tablet. This device charged it about 55%, so that's about 2,200mAh instead (I'll test out a few more times to see). The current output was about 600mA as advertised. The attached micro-USB cable was able to charge various devices around the house just fine: Samsung Infuse, bluetooth devices, Blackberry phone, and iPhone 3G.Though I hoped that I can be better, but how much should one expect out of a 22 bucks device? I like that it's small and light and had an attached micro-USB (main reason for purchase) that I won't need to carry an extra cable.
