- I purcahsed and paid for this item in good faith. Unfortunately for me, the merchandise had stopped working. I have called Amica repeatedly, with no response. All I get is a recording to leave a message to call back. This has been done approximately four or five time. The e-mail address that they have on their literature is not valid. It has been a big headache.
